As the end of the year approaches, everyone will be publishing their year-end awards for 2012. On Monday Billboard Magazine posted their picks for Artist of the Year and Album of the Year, in fact, Billboard ranked the top 100 artists of 2012.
We’ll first start with Billboard’s Artists of the Year in which they named Adele as the Top Artist of the Year. Adele’s 21 was the highest-selling album in the US for 2012, prompting Billboard to once again name her Artist of the Year. She also took home six Grammy Awards earlier this year.

So there’s more fallout from last nights lackluster Grammy Awards, there were some very good performances. The runway choice for performance of the night was Jennifer Hudson for her tribute to Whitney Houston, Adele also had a very good performance, as was the tribute to dance music featuring; David Guetta, Deadmau5, Chris Brown, Lil Wayne, and The Foo Fighters.
