People Magazine Names Top 10 Albums Of The Century….. So Far, Kanye West Takes The #1 Spot
People Magazine released their ‘Critics Picks,’ Top 10 albums of the century…. So far, and my boy Kanye West takes the top spot on the list. One thing I noticed is their critics must really like rap music, as three of the top 10 on the list are rap albums. It’s also interesting that they have Kanye at #1, when he didn’t even get a nomination for Album of the Year. at this year’s Grammy’s, while the album that did, 21, by Adele was #5. (Yes I’m still on that) LOL.

So we’re going back to 1997 for this week’s Throwback Tuesday video was suggested by my boy DJ D Lyfe after seeing Shelly Flash‘s hair Friday at work, LOL. I remember when I first moved to Florida my brother Kevin, my cousin Chris, and I used to sing this at the basketball court and threaten the kids who tried to make fun of us for jammin’ to it! I also found this Tracy Morgan parody that I threw in there as well!

Heard this track last night at Orlando Alive & it clicked that it HAD to be the Throwback Tuesday video today! “Somebody told us the planet was small, we used to live in the same building on the same floor and never met before!” This song was also the intro of Eve on the scene, even though she didn’t get any credit LOL
