Friend of the site and Roc Nation member J. Cole took to UStream last night to connect with fans, and announced the title and release date for his sophomore album.
It looks like the beef between J. Cole and Diggy Simmons wasn’t over, it was just at halftime. After Cole took a subliminal shot at Diggy while doing a freestyle at a show in North Carolina with Kendrick Lamar over the weekend Diggy fired back with a new track “Fall Down,” where he kinda goes in on Cole. Also, for some odd reason Tyrese also decided to weigh in on the beef on his Twitter page as well.

BET announced the nominees for their sixth annual BET Hip Hop Awards and my boy Kanye West leads the nominees with an unprecedented 17 nominations in 11 different categories for so many different things. A few other artists with multiple nominations are Jay Z, 2 Chainz, Drake, J. Cole and oddly enough, Ca$h Out.
Don’t forget we’re giving away tickets to see Kendrick Lamar, who will no doubt be nominated for Rookie of the Year next year, in Orlando. Get all the details here.

My new boo Rita Ora is back with the latest offering from her upcoming Ora album, which features another close personal friend of mine her fellow Roc Nationer J. Cole. The song is titled “Love & War,” and as you can guess the song is about relationship struggles.
We posted last week the track listing for DJ Khaled’s new album Kiss the Ring, now we have another new song off of this album. The J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar, and Big K.R.I.T.-assisted track hit the internet a little while ago and sounds pretty dope so far. The J.Cole produced song should make a strong case for best song on the album.
