We’re back with our best, but in this case we’re also going to the worst of 2012. Taking a break from music we’re going to look back at some of our Jeaniuses (dumbasses) of the Week, with each one of us choosing the Dumbass of the Year. Jeanius of the Week: Girl Brags About Robbing a Bank on YouTube

A teen bank robber took to YouTube to tell the entire world about “the best day of her life”  after she robbed a bank and stole a car. 19-year-old Hannah was arrested just one day after robbing the bank and posting the video to YouTube.

Hannah also said she stole a car to go to the bank, which of course, she put in the video. I’m trying to figure out this chick got the keys to the car she stole, did the owner of the car leave them in the ignition? You’ll have to excuse my ignorance as I don’t often steal things, or anything at all.

Just the other day, Jean suggested that we do a better job of bringing more ‘Jeanius of the Week’ posts, because “people do too much dumb shit.”

This story definitely fits that bill (no pun intended) as a Rhode Island man was arrested when he passed off counterfeit money.

Jeanius of the Week: Man Demands One Dollar in Attempted Bank Robbery, asks to be Placed in a Specific Federal Prison

A Pennsylvania man has earned himself the title of ‘Jeanius of the Week’ after his shenanigans at the AmeriServ bank located in Northern Cambria. Jeffrey McMullen was fed up with living free life, so he apparently decided to rob this bank so he could be placed in a federal prison. McMullen figured the best way to be placed in the central Pennsylvania prison was by robbing the bank for $1.
