In some news that I definitely didn’t see coming, Kid Cudi announced today on LA’s Power 106 and that he is no longer part of the G.O.O.D. Music family. He says there isn’t any beef between himself and Kanye West or anybody else on the label, but that he was ready to move his career in a different direction. He says that he knew about six months ago that he was going to leave the label, which may explain why he barely featured on their compilation album Cruel Summer.
Kid Cudi announces he is no longer on G.O.O.D. Music. WHOA.

The April 23rd release of Kid Cudi’s third solo album, Indicud is quickly approaching and Walmart’s preorder website has released what we have to assume is the final tracklist and cover art for the album. As you can see the cover is fire, pun is totally intended. There seem to be only three features on the project; “Just What I Am,” which features King Chip and “Solo Dolo Part 2,” which features Kendrick Lamar & “Girls,” ft. Too Short.
Damn, the cover for @ducidni‘s #Indicud album is straight FIRE!!!!! Literally

My man Kid Cudi, who celebrated his 29th birthday about two weeks ago, has finally announced the release date for, in his words, “the greatest album ever made,” Indicud. Ever since he announced the album last June, which was originally supposed to be a double-disk, his fans have been eagerly anticipating its release.
When he’s not making new music or predicting that his album will be the greatest of all time, Kid Cudi has added a new job description to his already long list which includes; rapper, rock star, actor, producer and now director. He dropped the video for the first single to his Indicud album,”Just What I Am,” which he invited his fans to take part in.
About an hour ago (from posting time) my boy Kid Cudi, who doesn’t tweet much, but when he does tweets in bunches, took to his Twitter to give an update on what he’s been up to. Including everything from Indicud (which has been pushed back just a bit), to eBay, to the Cleveland Indians and Man on the Moon III.
