The city of Orlando is considering extending drinking hours to 3 a.m. in a new plan dubbed “Destination Downtown.” The goal of the plan is to make downtown more attractive for those outside of the 18- to 26-year-old demographic. The potential change would allow alcohol to be served in downtown area bars and clubs until 3 a.m. on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.
