My homie Prote-J has released the first single from his new mixtape, Me Versus Time, J, who produced the track himself, before I heard the trackhe described it to me as; Adele meets Kanye West, meets Coldplay, meets Drake, and you can definitely hear all those influences on the track, and I’d even throw a little bit of Kid Cudi in there as well.
It’s time for New Music Tuesday, local artist and my homie Prote-J is getting ready to release his latest mixtape Me.Versus.Time, which will be dropping soon. Cody’s pick is the Slaughterhouse Freestyle from the Funk Master Flex Show.
Prote-J is back with his follow up to his first mixtape “Good Hip Hop Meets Radio” (which won Album of the Year at last years Orlando Hip Hop Awards) with “Dope Raps & Kit Kats.” Since dropping his first mixtape Prote-J has also been featured on 102JamzOrlando.com as well as other radio station and local websites, written two at bat songs for Milwaukee Brewers first baseman.
